When I was younger my grandmother would make homemade sauerkraut, and the smell would sweep through the house. It was a kind of stinky, tangy smell. I didn't like the smell and I wouldn't even try the sauerkraut. WHAT was wrong with me, I really enjoy sauerkraut now and even crave it at times. Its so delicious.
So one of my favorite sandwiches to make is The Reuben.
